Mark, Deborah and her husband Jude began developing the luxury beauty brand in 1999 in Deborah’s NYC apartment. Deborah, inspired by her friend and colleague Bobbi Brown, developed the products, Mark handled marketing, creative and sales, launched one of the first beauty commerce sites in the U.S. and Jude handled operations and production. Launching in Henri Bendel in October, the brand quickly grew to over 1500 U.S. doors and over 20 countries internationally, including Sephora, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Barneys NY and Harrod's.
Digital Marketing
Design, develop, oversee and implement digital marketing initiatives including design and development of proprietary website, email campaigns, retargeting campaigns and social media. Responsible for creating and launching one of the first beauty eCommerce sites in U.S. in 1999, featured as one of InStyle magazine’s top 50 beauty eCommerce sites. 
Re-platformed and designed a new site in 2013, which included a mobile optimized site, mobile app and Apple Pay integration. Integrated personalized, triggered marketing. Developed and implemented strategy for ongoing digital retargeting campaigns returning up to 8x ROI.
Pioneered commerce enabled content, shortening the path to conversion, returning increased time on site, AOV, and lift in revenue of up to 6x.
